About Me

I am a family nurse practitioner and regenerative medicine clinician with 14 years of experience helping people move with less pain and more confidence. My background started in joint and injury care, then grew into coaching clients on how they eat, move, and recover so they can feel better in their daily lives, not just in a clinic visit.


Today I blend that clinical training with practical health coaching.
